Cheese Noodle Balls

An evening snack you can make from leftover noodle.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of leftover noodle
  • 2 tbsp. corn flour
  • 2 tbsp. rice flour
  • 1 tbsp. wheat flour
  • 2 cup bread crumbs
  • chili garlic sauce as per taste
  • crushed chili as per taste
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp. semolina
  • 1 cup cheese grated
  • oil to deep fry
  • coriander Leaves finely chopped


Method

  • Mix all flours, bread crumbs in a large plate. 
  • Add the leftover noodle to plate. 
  • Mix, check taste, add sauces, chilli as required.
  • Mix semolina and cheese in a plate. 
  • Roll balls in cheese, press gently with palms, to secure cheese on balls.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or till required. 
  • Heat oil, add in a few balls at a time. 
  • Deep fry in hot oil, till golden brown all over.
  • Serve the fried noodle balls with chopped coriander leaves.

Sweet Recipe

People found of sweet will love this recipe, easy to make at home from basic ingredient like bread, most importantly its cheap also.


Bread Jamoon

Ingredients

  • bread - 5 loaves (soft bread)
  • sugar - 1 cup (powered)
  • cardamom 2 (powered)
  • milk - quarter cup
  • oil to fry

Method

  1. Remove the outer brown part from the breads.
  2. Mash the breads in vessel.
  3. Mix milk in mash bread and make a smooth dough.
  4. Make small balls of dough.
  5. Make syrup out of the sugar.
  6. Add cardamom powder to the syrup.
  7. Fry bread dough balls in low flame still golden brown in oil.
  8. Put the fried balls in sugar syrup.
  9. Tasty Bread Jamoons Ready.
You can serve Bread Jamoons hot or cold.
