Ingredients
1. 2 cup atta
2. 1/4 cup ghee
3. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
4. 2 cup lukewarm water
5. White sesame seed
6. Oil for fry
Steps
1. Mix melted ghee, powdered sugar, and water until it get dissolved.
2. Add atta and mix well and make a soft dough
4. Rollout the dough and use cookies cutter
5. Deep fry the cookies in oil and make sure oil is not very hot still golden brown.
